Are smoke-free alternatives regulated?

Increasingly, public health authorities are acknowledging the potential of smoke-free products for public health. In the Philippines, we are hoping for a regulatory framework that will treat smoke-free products differently compared to cigarettes and enable adult smokers 21 years old and above to have access to information about them. Quitting is always best; but those who don’t quit should have the choice of products that have been scientifically assessed.
